Lima Estilo Nikkei is a Peruvian-Japanese restaurant opened in February 2024 by Argentine siblings María, Ramon, and Santiago Garcia Calvo, who built the concept in Buenos Aires in 2019 and grew it to three Argentine locations before this, their first outpost outside the country. The kitchen runs tiger's-milk ceviches and tiraditos alongside nigiri and specialty rolls that lean on truffle, passion fruit, and wasabi rather than standard Japanese preparations. A family phrase from the siblings' late grandfather, "Muy Bonito el Bailecito," is posted in the dining room.
