The Connecticut bagel chain that sells only whole bagels, plain, sesame, poppy, salt or everything, meant to be torn and dipped rather than sliced into a sandwich. The Aventura shop was the brand's first Miami-Dade opening, after South Florida debuts in Delray Beach and West Palm. The draw is the schmear program, flavored cream cheeses and butters that rotate rather than sitting on a fixed list.
