Ossobuco Aventura

A live-fire grill from chef Guillermo Eleicegui, already running in Wynwood, built around an open wood fire with an asador lighting and working the grill in view of the room. The kitchen cooks meat and vegetables directly over fire rather than running a conventional steakhouse menu, with a stated emphasis on sourcing and plain preparation over heavy sauce. The Aventura room is planned for the mall's outdoor courtyard.
