A Japanese-Ecuadorian concept from chef Noe Carmona, who opened the first Noe in Quito in 1994 after training under Japanese chefs in Ecuador and has since grown it to roughly three dozen locations there. The confirmed U.S. debut is in South Miami, seating 140 across a dining room, patio and sushi bar.
