The Little Haiti outpost of the Michelin Bib Gourmand Cuban sandwich brand founded in 2017 by Miami natives Daniel Figueredo and Rosa Romero. The house specialty is the Cuban sandwich on housemade bread with a week-marinated pork butt, plus a media noche and croqueta preparada. Everything — ham, mustard, pickles, mojo — is made in-house.
