La Vie Belle is an Italian-run boutique cafe inside the Iberostar Waves hotel, steps from Lincoln Road, that runs breakfast and brunch by day and shifts into an Italian dinner service at night. The daytime menu covers pastries, eggs, avocado toast, and specialty coffee; after dark the kitchen turns to handmade pasta and European plates in a room the owners describe as romantic and floral.
