The 79th Street outpost of APM Restaurant Group's Midorie concept (the group also operates Michelin-starred Ogawa and Michelin Guide-listed Hiyakawa), formerly known as Wabi Sabi until a July 2025 rebrand. Features a Temaki Bar where hand rolls start at $14 and an omakase bento at $105, with all fish flown in daily from Tokyo's Toyosu market.
