NYC cult steakhouse by Brendan Sodikoff (of Au Cheval) planning its Miami debut at the former Swan space in the Design District, known for prime rib and a coveted Wagyu cheeseburger. The Miami room is set to be larger and brighter than the tight West Village original, with a patio and an upstairs cocktail lounge called The Flamingo Room. Still under construction as of early 2026 with the kitchen being rebuilt, and no firm opening date announced.
