Tullio Zanon — known in Venice as the jeweler of seafood — is the inspiration behind the Zanon family's Andalusia Ave restaurant. The 18-foot arched ceiling frames a room where tableside service still means something: Dover sole filleted at your table, pasta tossed in a pecorino wheel, dishes finished on a rolling sideboard. Northern Italian, seafood-forward, and more cinematic than anything else in the Gables.
