El Ambiente
Sospiro opened in 2023 on Ponce de Leon and has established itself quickly as the natural wine reference point in Coral Gables. Five hundred-plus bottles, small independent growers, and a kitchen that makes the pasta worth the visit even before the wine is poured. The outdoor garden seating at the back is a find; the Bolognese is what you eat there.
