Los Ranchos Steakhouse
Los Ranchos has served Nicaraguan steakhouse food in Miami since 1981, when the original Sweetwater location doubled as a community gathering place for Nicaraguan refugees. The kitchen's signature is the churrasco, a chimichurri-marinated center-cut tenderloin, served with gallo pinto rice and beans and finished with a tres leches cake. This Coral Gables location is one of four in the group, and the Miami Herald has called it the best steak in town.
