La historia
Thomas Keller abrió este Bouchon en septiembre de 2023 dentro del histórico edificio La Palma, de 1924, en Coral Gables, su tercer Bouchon después del bistró original de 1998 en Napa Valley y una sede en Las Vegas de 2004.
