Opened in 2019 in the Miami Design District by The Bastion Collection. Carries forward the late Joël Robuchon's globally influential open-kitchen, counter-style fine dining concept. The kitchen is led by Robuchon protégés James Friedberg, Salvatore Martone, and Alain Verzeroli.
