The Vibe
Rò is ViCa Hospitality's (Cienfuegos, 130° Steakhouse — Mérida, Mexico) U.S. debut inside Alhambra Tower, and Head Chef Marcelo Palacios, who came from Prime 112, gives it real credentials. It's an Italian-American steakhouse format with Mexican flavor accents — a combination that sounds confused but, by most accounts, delivers. Friday DJ nights make it the most energized steakhouse on the Miracle Mile corridor.
