The Vibe
Coral Gables' only rooftop cocktail bar has had its share of elevator issues, but as of 2026 it's back — and worth the trip. Craft cocktails and raw bar bites above the buzz of Giralda Plaza, with a light breeze and a view that earns every dollar. Open Tuesday–Thursday 5PM–midnight, Friday–Saturday until 1AM.
