Zak Stern opened this bakery in 2013 when Wynwood was still becoming itself, and the place has been the neighborhood's communal kitchen ever since. The sourdough is the foundation, the Jewish deli sandwiches are the draw, and the outdoor tables on NW 26th are the right place to start a Wynwood morning.
