Mickey Burkes is a sports bar and lounge at Washington Avenue and 13th Street, built around a wall of game screens, pool tables, and a kitchen doing American bar food: burgers, wings, sliders, shareable plates. By day it runs as a straightforward spot to watch a game; after dark the same room turns into a DJ-and-live-music lounge, with trivia and karaoke nights in rotation. It keeps some of the latest hours on this stretch of Washington, open to 4 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
