A Latin lounge that's been anchoring Washington Avenue since 2007, Bolivar draws a Colombian-Venezuelan-Peruvian diaspora crowd and late-night regulars who come as much for the live cumbia sets as for the bandeja paisa. The room runs warm and loud, the kind of place where a solo dinner can turn into an impromptu salsa lesson.
