French bakery run by French couple Matthieu and Miriam Bettant since 2019 on Washington Ave. One of the best bakeries in South Beach per The Infatuation: large baguettes, properly made croissants, quiches, and sandwiches priced well below the tourist corridor average.

Bettant feels transplanted from a Paris arrondissement: a French couple baking proper croissants and slicing baguettes into serious sandwiches, on a stretch of Washington Ave that needed exactly this. The Infatuation calls it one of South Beach's best bakeries. Fill up on an egg BLT for under $10.
