Kuba Cabana is an 8,900-square-foot Cuban-Caribbean restaurant and social club at CityPlace Doral, split between an outdoor Cabana Garden and the more formal Kuba Social Club, which has a performance stage and live entertainment styled after old Havana nightclubs. The kitchen runs modern Cuban plates like a guava-smoked half chicken and a Cuban-twist ceviche, backed by a cocktail list built on rum and mezcal.
