Just Salad is the counter-service salad chain founded in 2006 in Manhattan by Nick Kenner, built around a reusable-bowl program that's grown into the largest of its kind at any U.S. restaurant chain: buy a hard bowl once for a dollar, bring it back for a discount every time after. It's also the first U.S. restaurant chain to carbon-label its full menu, and holds Certified B Corp status. The Coral Gables location runs the same build-your-own salad, wrap, and grain-bowl format as the rest of the chain.
