Bartenders in white tuxedos work a short classics list built around martinis and fizz by the coupe. In 2026 it became one of only four bars worldwide holding three pins from the Pinnacle Guide.

Cathedral ceilings and palm trees inside a 1930s social club turned Four Seasons, and the room knows it. Formal and adult without being stiff, drawing hotel guests and a local crowd who dressed for it rather than a nightlife scene. Open from mid-afternoon, which makes it one of the few rooms in Miami where a glass of champagne at 4pm reads as intentional.
