The Story
Opened April 2026 on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach by Igor Dze. Executive Chef Andrea Albanese, born in Florence, brings Tuscan roots to a space designed to evoke the glamour of 1930s-1950s Italian-American restaurants.

Old-world Italian dishes with tableside theater: Parmesan-wheel fettuccine, lobster linguine, and whole branzino flambéed at the table are the signatures. The vintage glamour setting is part of the experience.
