The Vibe
GAIA is chef Izu Ani's first U.S. outpost — a Greek-Mediterranean restaurant in South of Fifth built on Cycladic design, whitewashed stone, and an Ice Market where guests select their own fresh fish. The global version (Dubai, London, Monaco) earned FACT Dining Awards. The Miami edition arrived April 2026 with the same spirit of long, social, sun-struck meals.
