Orange Blossom is a New American restaurant next to the Boulan Hotel with indoor seating and a courtyard patio, named for the historic Orange Blossom Special train line between New York and Miami. By day it runs a market-driven brunch and lunch menu built on organic ingredients, most visibly its pink pancakes; at night the same courtyard becomes a performance space with fire and magic acts. That day/night swing, quiet brunch spot to entertainment venue, is the thing that sets it apart from a standard South Beach brunch room.
