Donna Mare Italian Chophouse
Donna Mare is a 182-seat Italian chophouse next to the Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club, done up in plush banquettes and gold velvet drapes around an open kitchen where a pasta maker works in view of the room. Executive chef Luigi Iannuario, who trained under the late Gualtiero Marchesi, runs a menu of handmade pasta, wood-fired pizza, aged steaks, and seafood built on organic ingredients, with a wine list weighted toward organic producers. Opened January 2025, it's a full chophouse built around house-made pasta rather than a steakhouse with pasta added on.
