Chef-owner David Foulquier's Persian-influenced New American restaurant reopened January 2026 in a 14,000-square-foot two-story Little River building, anchored by a custom wood-fired grill. Executive Chef Andrew Bazzini (formerly of Brooklyn's Olmsted) leads a sharing-format menu of large-format proteins, wood-fired shawarma, and vegetable plates, with a $95 prix fixe called the Fooq's Feast for first-timers. The Lion's Den upstairs is a vinyl and live-music lounge hosting DJ and live events on weekends.
