The Story
Tina in the Gables opened in late 2024, from the team behind Miami Slice and La Latina: co-owners Alejandro Díaz, Alberto Zanetti, and Jose Cardenas bringing their pizza and arepa experience to an all-day breakfast and lunch café.

From the team behind Miami Slice, Tina in the Gables is the rare all-day café that takes itself seriously: espresso over bottomless mimosas, soft shell crab over avocado toast basics. The room is minimalist and light-filled, and you won't find a DJ in the corner — just really good food from Wednesday through Sunday, 8:30AM to 4PM.
