Designed by Japan-based firm KTX, with a Zen garden entrance and Shoji-style rice paper panels on the walls. Signature dishes include octopus sashimi, dry-aged tuna, and fish prepared using the Matsukasa-yaki technique. Kotlyarski's résumé includes the Jean-Georges group and Michelin-starred Hiden; his 17-year-old son works alongside him at the counter.
