The Story
Frankie & Wally's began as a pandemic-era lasagna delivery pop-up run by Frankie and Wally, who met in culinary school, before growing into a food truck and opening its first brick-and-mortar gourmet market and deli in Coral Gables in February 2026.

The Vibe
Frankie & Wally's treats its sandwiches the way NASA treats rockets — with extreme seriousness. The deli opened February 2026 at 216 Palermo Ave and has already earned a neighborhood following. Six sandwiches ($14–$25), grab-and-go cases, rotisserie chicken, and specialty coffee, Wednesday through Saturday only.
