The Story
Founded in 1989 by Nino Pernetti, a native of Lake Garda, Italy, Caffe Abbracci was one of Coral Gables' first upscale dining rooms, opening years before South Beach's restaurant scene took off. Pernetti ran it until his death in 2022; his daughters now lead the restaurant.
