Pan con tomate, gambas al ajillo and jamon iberico give way after dinner to oxtail-stuffed piquillo peppers, a Basque-inspired txuleta burger and a cocktail list, with the kitchen running until 2am. It comes from the team behind Calista Taverna and My Cousin Nick, in the former Clutch Burger space.
