The Story
Chef Sebastian Vargas, a Colombian native who worked at Michelin-starred Osteria Francescana and Eleven Madison Park, co-founded Krus Kitchen with Josh and Pili Hackler under Grassfed Culture Hospitality, opening it as a takeout-only concept in November 2020 before it grew into a full-service restaurant.
