The Story
Opened May 2026 at CocoWalk in Coconut Grove by hospitality veterans Matthew Tsoumaris and Ryan Bassels. Chef Leo Pablo leads the kitchen in a 7,400-square-foot indoor-outdoor space on CocoWalk's second floor.
Known for
Modern American cuisine with global coastal and Mediterranean influences, plus nods to co-founder Tsoumaris's Greek heritage. The menu spans sushi, prime steaks, and coastal seafood alongside craft cocktails.
