The Story
Opened in 2015 in Brickell by Mathieu Massa, founder of Mr. Hospitality Miami. After a $4 million renovation in September 2024, the restaurant relaunched with a new menu from Executive Chef Kylian Goussot, trained in Michelin-starred kitchens alongside Joël Robuchon and Jean-Georges Vongerichten.

Asian-Mediterranean fusion in a supper club setting. The Truffle Prime Beef Tartare, Kobe Roll (torched A5 wagyu), and Lobster Tempura are signatures. Thursday-night "soirée" dinner parties with DJs define the vibe.
