The Surf Club Restaurant opened in 2017 inside the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club in Surfside, the first Florida restaurant from chef Thomas Keller of The French Laundry and Per Se. Set within the historic oceanfront Surf Club property, Keller built the menu around mid-century Continental dining reinterpreted for a contemporary table.
