Niu Kitchen abrió en 2014 como el primer restaurante del chef Deme Lomas, nacido en Barcelona, y su socio Adam Hughes, y trajo la cocina catalana a Downtown Miami.

Barcelona-born chef Deme Lomas's Flagler District pioneer — dark polished floors, soft lighting, an open kitchen, and a rotating menu of Catalan small plates (charbroiled oysters, coca flatbreads, truffled egg) paired with natural Iberian wines. One of Downtown's original culinary anchors since 2014.
