The legendary Saint-Tropez and New York party-dining brand opens on the Miami River (November 2025). French Riviera-inspired cuisine including lobster rolls and seafood towers, flowing rosé, and the kind of tableside energy that made Bagatelle famous worldwide.
Bagatelle has been synonymous with French Riviera glamour since its founding in 2008, growing to more than 15 locations spanning from Saint-Tropez to Dubai, Monte Carlo, and Tulum. The brand previously had a South Beach location (opened 2019), which was its Miami debut. Bagatelle Miami River opened November 21, 2025, on the waterfront at 311 NW S River Dr, a collaboration between Mandala Group and The Dirty Rabbit Group, designed in partnership with House of Kirschner and French designer Sam Baron. The venue is helmed by executive chefs Rocco Seminara and Marco Estrada Gallardo, with a pastry program led by Chef Manon Santini. The space includes a 25-seat bar and lounge, covered dining rooms, an open-air terrace, and a 192-foot private dock for yacht arrivals.
Mediterranean-inspired seafood with French Riviera flair. Bagatelle's concept merges its celebrated "House" dining and "Beach Club" lifestyle experiences into one waterfront destination. The menu features refined seafood and land dishes; the pastry program by Chef Santini is highlighted for the signature Tropezienne with Madagascar vanilla and lace crepes with banana cream, amber rum, and dulce de leche. The waterfront setting on the Miami River, with boat traffic, skyline views, and the private dock, creates an atmosphere unlike typical Miami restaurant settings. This is Bagatelle's first year participating in Miami Spice.
No Michelin or James Beard recognition has been found for the Miami River location, which opened in November 2025. The Bagatelle brand's recognition is primarily as a global lifestyle dining institution with locations in some of the world's most prestigious destinations.
