The Story
Chef Noe Carmona opened the original Noe Sushi Bar in Quito, Ecuador in 1994, growing the brand to nearly 40 locations there before this South Miami spot became its first U.S. outpost.

Signature dishes include Noe Tataki, Mizutako, a Filet Mignon Ramen and the Sake Yama Roll, blending Japanese technique with Ecuadorian ingredients. Chef Noe Carmona personally crafts an estimated 70 percent of the dishes served.
