Kaiten sushi on the second level of 818 Lincoln Road, from NOAH Hospitality Group. A custom conveyor belt carries nigiri, sashimi and rolls through a 7,431 square foot indoor-outdoor room, alongside robata, paitan ramen, a dumpling cart and tableside kamameshi. Announced for mid-October 2026. Executive chef Nono Shigetomi works with fish from the Toyosu and Tsukiji markets alongside South Florida produce, and the room is by CM Design Studio.
