Intimate cocktail bar at the base of a South of Fifth residential building on Collins Ave. American spirits, classic cocktails, and a curated wine and beer list in a distressed-mirror, rustic-leather interior. First-come, first-served; open 5 PM–3 AM daily. Eight years in, a 2026 renovation led by bartender Tom Lasher-Walker gave the thirty-seat Ariete Hospitality Group bar hunter-green walls, lower tables and a cocktail list that leans on early-2000s New York.
