The Joyce opened in January 2025 on Española Way, the debut restaurant from chef James Taylor, an alum of Alinea and Roister in Chicago, with Spicy Hospitality Group co-founders Andre Sakhai and Marc Lotenberg.
Dry-aged steaks anchor the menu alongside caviar service and the well-known Joyce cheeseburger, with hamachi crudo and caviar latkes rounding out a menu built around quality cuts and rich, indulgent bites.
