Mimi Kakushi takes up the Delano's 4th floor and doesn't waste it: 1920s Osaka jazz culture, Art Deco design, a cocktail program referencing Japanese silent film actor Sessue Hayakawa, and a Nara Nara Martini served inside a block of ice at -4°F. Wagyu and foie gras gyoza, black cod, and tuna tartare with caviar round out the high-concept Japanese menu. Opened May 2026.
