Gigi Rigolatto is Paris Society's Italian Riviera fantasy transplanted into the Delano's ground floor and pool area — handmade pastas, giant prawns, and pistachio gelato in a setting that celebrates the art of poolside leisure. The Infatuation reviewed it; the service and ambiance score higher than the food, which is Delano-priced Italian. Opened May 2026.
