The Story
Aviv opened in March 2025 at 1 Hotel South Beach, a collaboration between James Beard Award winning chef Michael Solomonov and restaurateur Steve Cook bringing modern Israeli cooking to Miami Beach.
Known for
Co-founded with restaurateur Steve Cook, Aviv (Hebrew for spring) runs a wood-fired oven for dishes like Moroccan cigars, hummus, and salatim spreads. Miami New Times named it Best Hotel Restaurant in its 2026 Best of Miami awards.
