Giorgio Rapicavoli takes the former Las Vacas Gordas space on Normandy Isles for a modern Italian follow-up to Luca Osteria. Rapicavoli also runs Eating House and has been a James Beard semifinalist twice. Opening in the fall, no firm date yet. Rapicavoli and his longtime partner Alex Casanova lived in North Beach before Luca Osteria made their name in Coral Gables; he calls this Luca Osteria's slightly more relaxed sister.
