The Story
Niu Kitchen opened in 2014 as the first restaurant from Barcelona-born chef Deme Lomas and business partner Adam Hughes, bringing Catalan cooking to Downtown Miami.

Barcelona-born chef Deme Lomas's Flagler District pioneer — dark polished floors, soft lighting, an open kitchen, and a rotating menu of Catalan small plates (charbroiled oysters, coca flatbreads, truffled egg) paired with natural Iberian wines.
