The Story
Founded in Madrid in 2016 by chef Sandro Silva and Marta Seco. Miami is Amazónico's US debut, opening September 2025 in Brickell, the brand's largest venue globally at 20,000+ square feet across three floors.
Known for
Latin American, Nikkei, and Mediterranean fusion across three levels escalating in energy: a ground-floor restaurant with live music, a second-floor sushi lounge with DJs, and a rooftop nightclub open until 3am.
Worth knowing
Smart elegant dress code ($30 valet). Rooftop and lounge are 21+. Weekday evenings are calmer; Thursday through Saturday brings full nightlife energy. Book for the ground floor if you want to actually talk over dinner.
