A champagne parlor on the ground floor of the Four Seasons at The Surf Club, holding one of the largest champagne and wine lists in Florida at over 4,000 bottles, from Dom Perignon P2 and P3 through Krug and Romanee-Conti. Cathedral ceilings and palm trees inside a 1930s social club turned Four Seasons, and the room knows it. Formal and adult without being stiff, drawing hotel guests and a local crowd who dressed for it rather than a nightlife scene. Open from mid-afternoon, which makes it one of the few rooms in Miami where a glass of champagne at 4pm reads as intentional.
